• All registration fees are strictly non-refundable except in circumstances where the event is cancelled or postponed by the organizers.
• If the event is cancelled or postponed, participants who are eligible for a refund must contact the event organizers (Rtr. Keshan: +94 76 903 4823) directly to process the request.
• Participants must not contact the payment gateway provider for refunds, charge backs, complaints or disputes, as the provider is not responsible for handling such matters.
